If you are anything like me March has you feeling ready for spring! I've got some items in the shop that will help you add that spring feeling to your home and before you know it, your windows will be open, and you'll be soaking in the sun!
First up - possibly the most popular item in my shop - the Bonjour/Au Revoir doormat! This is an absolute must have for any Francophile. It's such a fun statement piece for your entry and because of its size, great for layering over a colorful rug or rubber mat.
Next, I am loving our new Moroccan trays and tiny beldi basket. The trays are a simple, yet stylish way to store your necessities as you begin that spring cleaning. They come in three different sizes to suit all your needs and look great in any room! The tiny beldi baskets are just right for all your small spaces -perfect on the bedside table for your lotion and lip balm or right at home in the living room holding remotes - and possibly more lotion and lip balm! ;) - or even the kitchen counter! You will want several once you see how handy and cute they are!!
Candles are another way I love to welcome new seasons or transport me to places far away. This season I've added some lighter scents from Rewined candles that I think do just that. I've chosen 3 blends I feel best represent Chaleur Market and places I would love to visit for a day (or maybe a week or two!) Walk a Provencal garden with the Provence blend, take in some earthy notes and redwoods with Napa, or go gourmet while you wander the port city of Bordeaux with its namesake blend. You can never go wrong with a beautifully scented candle - these are utterly transportive and mood lifting!
If scented candles just aren't your thing, add some beautiful taper candles to your spring table decor or perhaps your mantle. I've selected two pretty shades that I love for spring - reminding me of peonies and all the beautiful green soon appearing everywhere.
One final thing to welcome spring - new linens!!! I cannot tell you how much I love 100% pure linen in my kitchen! I am messy and not careful with my linens, friends. Yet, these kitchen towels and my apron just seem to get more beautiful with every use and wash. This one is a definite must for the French kitchen!
You can find these items online or at my Painted Tree Boutiques location in Matthews! As always, if you see something you'd like that's out of stock or possibly not online, reach out! I'm happy to assist and love the feedback!
Avec amour,
Tracey
